"not really listening"

Kevin brought Megan into bed this morning to snuggle for a few minutes in the dark...
(This is what happens when you aren't really listening)

Megan- "Daddy... I ate my burger"

Kevin- "You ate what?"

Megan- "BURGER"

Kevin- "Good Job Honey" (not really listening... just trying to sleep)

Me- (sleeping on the other side of her) "Kevin she's telling you she ate her BOOGER"

Kevin- "Oh- Megan don't do that... you don't eat your boogers"

Megan- "Just snacks?"
"Ruger eats snacks!"
"People eat food"
"Megan eats tacos tomorrow"

I just love what comes out of her mouth sometimes. That girl is silly... and loves her some tacos!
